Access to My Moneta Account

Parent Instructions

St Ursula’s College is pleased to announce a new partnership with Monitor as we install the Monitor School System in our College Tuckshop.

Using this system, parents and students are able to create an account, add funds to their account and then use these funds to make purchases at the Tuckshop. The College has been trialling My Moneta with staff since the end of Term 4.

Parents can access the account at their convenience via a secure online portal on any device. Parents can set spend limits, automatic top-ups and noti cations as well as the ability to lock funds from the card.

Purchases are then made using the student’s existing Student ID card. This means that a ‘scan’ process simpli es purchases at point of sale enabling faster transaction times. There are no bank charges involved in adding funds to the My Monitor account or when making purchases from Tuckshop. Students have the ability to check balances of their account using My Monitor.

Separate emails will be sent to families giving further information and advising them of their password and how to set up an account. Please look out for this email over the next few weeks and early Term 2 and follow the instructions to set up your account so that your daughter can use her Student ID card to purchase items at the Tuckshop.

The College is linking to its rich Italian heritage by naming the system “My Moneta”. “Moneta” is Italian for money, coins and cash (you may also see the English version as My Monitor in various parts of the website).
