At St Ursula’s College, our motto “Serviam”—I will serve—is more than just words; it’s a guiding principle we encourage every student to embody in their daily lives.

Our students have the opportunity to join a wide range of cultural, sporting, and service groups, each offering meaningful ways to contribute to the life of the College and the wider community. Through our Service Options, students develop a deep appreciation for supporting local organisations and making a positive impact.

What sets our programs apart is that they are student-led. Our young women take the lead—planning, decision-making, and driving initiatives with minimal staff supervision. We believe in empowering our Serviam leaders to take ownership, act with purpose, and make a difference.
