Strategic Plan

The College's Strategic Plan is a reflection of the hopes and aspirations of staff, students and parents for our College, whilst being grounded in the strong foundations of our Ursuline Traditions.  

For this reason, our plan is set out under the three key principles of living, learning and contributing… known as The Ursuline Way.

Each aspect of The Ursuline Way values relationships, the needs of individuals, understanding people and working in harmony as signs of God’s love for every human being. It recognises the importance of transformational learning and individuals moving from dependence to independence and interdependence.
